Return and Exchange Policy

Applicable Scope: Applies to all return/exchange requests for orders from GLOBEDEAL LIMITED’s online store (https://www.ocoicay.com/), including menswear (suits/outerwear) and womenswear (outerwear). Submitting a request means you agree to these terms.​

I. Eligibility for Return & Exchange​

Requests are only accepted if:​

  • Commodity status: Unworn, unwashed, with intact tags and original packaging (no stains, tears, or alterations, e.g., tailored suit adjustments).​
  • Proof: Include order number, delivery note, and photos of the item (if claiming quality issues).​

II. Time Limit for Requests​

  • Submit a return/exchange application via email ([email protected]) within 14 calendar days of receiving the package.​
  • Returned items must reach our Hong Kong warehouse within 7 calendar days after the application is approved (overdue requests will be rejected).​

III. Request Process​

  1. Apply: Send an email to [email protected] with “Return/Exchange + Order Number” in the subject line, stating the reason (e.g., size mismatch, quality defect) and attaching item photos.​
  1. Approve: We will respond within 1-2 working days (Hong Kong time) to confirm approval and provide the warehouse address.​
  1. Ship back: You arrange shipping (use a trackable courier, e.g., DHL/FedEx) and send the tracking number to us.​
  1. Verify & Process: After we receive and verify the item (1-3 working days), we will process the refund or send the exchanged item.​

IV. Fee Responsibility​

  • Non-quality issues (e.g., size mismatch, change of mind): You bear all costs, including return shipping fees, customs duties (for international returns), and a 5% restocking fee (waived for exchange requests).​
  • Quality issues (e.g., fabric defects, wrong item sent): We cover return shipping fees (provide proof of payment for reimbursement) and no restocking fee is charged.​

V. Exchange Rules​

  • Exchanges are limited to same-item, different size/color (subject to stock availability; we will notify you if the desired size/color is out of stock).​
  • Exchanged items are shipped via standard shipping (no extra fee for the exchange item itself; delivery time follows the Shipping and Delivery Policy).​

VI. Refund Processing​

  • Refund method: Same as the original payment channel (e.g., credit card, PayPal).​
  • Processing time: 3-7 working days after verification (additional time may be required due to bank/payment platform procedures).​
  • Refund amount: Excludes original shipping fees (only the commodity price is refunded, unless the issue is caused by us).​

VII. International Return Notes​

  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” on the customs declaration (to avoid additional duties; incorrect marking may lead to package detention, for which you are responsible).​
